The Role:
Are you a social media and community engagement expert driven by creativity and a commitment to transformative work? TFP Fertility invites you to be a vital part of our dynamic team, where you will manage our day-to-day social media activities, support partners in content creation, and drive quality leads through paid social. This role involves traveling to clinics across the country to create content, managing both organic and paid social media, supporting the content team in creating patient stories and working with partners on content creation. You will be the key player in shaping TFP Fertility’s social media strategy and community engagement and performance.
The role is part time working 22.5 hours - 3 days per week.
This is a hybrid opportunity, you will be required to work on site at TFP Oxford Fertility as required and a minimum of once per month.
Travel to other TFP locations will be required on occasion.
The Location:
The TFP Oxford Fertility clinic was established in 1992 and is one of the UK’s longest standing and largest IVF clinics. Conveniently located in a business park situated on the outskirts of Oxford, close to junction 8a of the M40, there is ample free parking for staff and patients around the building.

· Contribute to the overall growth and success of TFP Fertility’s social media presence by staying updated on digital platform trends and innovations, incorporating them into your creative executions.
· This role is critical in delivering and executing the success of several department strategic objectives, ensuring that work meets high-quality standards, aligns with briefs, and is completed on time.
· Success across paid and organic content will actively contribute towards monthly targets, supported by its own budget line.
· The successful candidate will have the autonomy to grow not just our social media performance but also the role itself, while collaborating with content team to ensure copy enhances the message and integrates seamlessly with other touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage all day-to-day activities across social media platforms.
· Drive sign-ups and engagement for TFP Fertility events through effective social media strategies.
· Support partners in creating and sharing relevant content.
· Collaborate with the content team to create and share patient stories.
· Travel to clinics nationwide to generate engaging content.
· Boost organic content and manage paid social media campaigns.
· Work with the team to develop new creative assets for paid media.
· Execute and maintain a content calendar, writing, content creation and publishing posts regularly.
· Perform audits, set goals and strategies, and conduct data analysis and reporting.
· Foster community engagement by creating conversations across Facebook Groups, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
· Manage influencer partnerships, alongside the PR agency.
· Develop and implement community-building strategies.
· Monitor social media trends and stay up-to-date with online cultural moments and behaviors.
· Manage and audit directory platforms.
· Manage and audit review platforms.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role (focus being paid and organic social media, content creation, community management.)
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
· Experience with social media management platforms and technical familiarity with various social media platforms.
· Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships through social media and manage social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
· Content creation experience, including photography, videography, media editing.
· Strong organizational skills and ability to work across several business objectives, with effective time management to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
· Familiarity with social listening and reporting tools for actionable insights.
· Customer-facing experience with the ability to handle inquiries and feedback positively and empathetically.
· Experience managing budgets, conducting A/B testing for paid social media content, and developing content strategies.
· Creativity and curiosity to stay on top of trends, with a portfolio showcasing brand work featuring both video and photography skills.
· Confident and experienced using the full adobe creative suite. (no use of canva)
· Experienced using hootsuite and Meta Business and Ad manager.

Salary: Competitive (Depending on experience)
Working Hours: 22.5 Hours per week - 3 days
Hybrid - 1 day per month minimum on site
Pension: Dual contribution pension scheme
Holiday Entitlement: 27 Days + Bank holidays pro rata.
